How does downgrading my subscription affect my widgets and features?
When you subscribe to a plan, you gain access to certain features and a specified number of widgets, depending on the plan you choose. If you cancel your subscription, your plan will automatically revert to the Free plan once the subscription period ends. Under the Free plan, some features are limited, and the additional benefits you enjoyed with your paid subscription will no longer be available.
The transition from a paid subscription to the Free plan occurs after the current subscription period expires. For example, if you cancel a Pro subscription on February 17, 2024, and it remains active until February 24, 2024, you will retain the benefits of the Pro subscription until that date. However, starting February 25, 2024, all additional features and widgets of the Pro plan will be deactivated. These Pro features can only be reactivated by purchasing another subscription. Importantly, no data is lost, and no changes are made to the widgets, allowing you to pause payments without affecting your widgets.
When downgrading from the Pro to the Free plan, only the Free plan widgets are available. All other widgets are deactivated, and visitors attempting to use them will receive a message indicating that the widget is no longer available.
Canceling your subscription? Upon downgrading to the Free plan, you will lose access to premium features and widgets. However, no data will be lost, and your widgets won't be altered. Reactivate your subscription anytime to regain full access.
