Create weather widget
This article will explain how to create and embed a weather widget in your notion page. Currently, you have two options to display weather in your notion document - round or square format.
Step 1: Setup your weather widget
- Click in the menu on Widgets
- You will see all kinds of widgets we support at the moment
- Click on the "Weather Square" card or "Weather Round" card
- The customization page will load and you can now customize your widget
Properties that you can customize:
Property | Description |

Title of your Widget | Give your weather widget a self-speaking name |
Weather Location | Enter the location from which you want to have the weather displayed in the widget As soon as you write you will be displaying options for your entered location. |
Unit | Unit how the temperature should be represented |
Font Family | Select the font family which you want to see in your widget |
Background | Define the background color of your widget |
Text Color | Set the text color |
Icon Color | Set the icon color of the icon |
Border Color | Set the color of the widget |
Round Style | Set the rounding style. You can choice between 4 styles |
Border Size | Set border stroke size. The bigger the number the thicker the stroke around the widget will be |
Step 2: Create your weather widget
Once you have customized your weather widget, you can click on the create button so that the widget will be created.
After successfully creating your widget, you can copy the link and add it to your page in Notion.
